John Contant has been in the building industry for more than Three decades. John’s experience throughout his career has been in multiple aspects of the building industry.
John’s background begins back in grade school working with his Father in his Masonry Business. From there, his interest in creating designs and structures for homes and businesses became a reality when he started his own building and remodeling company at the age of 21 in 1982.
The list of personal experience is extensive through the years: Land Development, Shell Contracting, Custom Carpentry, Supervisor, Project Manager and Vice President of Construction for a company that built over 900 homes and 400 multifamily units.
John has been married 38 years and has two children and three grandchildren. His son follows in John’s footsteps and works in the business, teaching the team the values integral to JC Building Specialties: Integrity, Craftsmanship and Quality.
